Yes! It's that time of year again! The time when we inspire crafters on both sides of the "pond" with a mix of bothDreamweaver and Woodware UK* products for the holidays! Six days, SIX, of beautiful, elegant, merry, cute, artsy, and craftsy projects to have you heading out to your local stores or internet sites to buy these goodies immediately!
Of course, there will be prizes as well. Three prize packages will be given to three commenters during this week's posts on the team's blogs, including five stencils and one nested die set. You can have an opportunity to win these goodies by leaving some holiday sweetness for each team member posting each day, to be one of the three winners for the week. Here are the team members that are inspiring you today:
Todays card is the meaning of Christmas - 'The Nativity', and I have gone for quite simple.
.
This is what you will need:-
Dreamweaver stencil LL554
Versamark ink pad
Stampendous detail white embossing powder
Glitter card
Pale blue patterned paper
Woodware Clear Magic Stamp set FRS315
Dreamweaver stencil packaging
Black card
White card
Finger dauber
Heat gun
and this is how to create the card:-
Attach the stencil to the black card, and using a dauber and the Versamark ink pad apply the ink, make sure that you apply a good layer of ink. Remove the stencil and cover the design with the Detail white embossing powder, remove any excess powder and heat the design with a heat gun.
The next step is to matt and layer the image and finally to stamp the greeting at the side, there are not too many stages to the card but its simple and shows the true meaning of Christmas. Hope you enjoy.
That is my card and my last for the week, the rest of the team have been working and here are their projects.
If you are in the UK or Europe and would like to purchase any of the products for the above project they are all available from The Stampman or your local Woodware Stockist and Notions Marketing in the USA..
Thanks for stopping by and for all your lovely kind comments. I think it's great to share ideas.
